Marek is a safe, conscientious driver who you can see takes great pride in his job and the associated responsibility. His co-driver Mark is a superstar with the children, building a great rapport with them and as such earning their respect. He is professional, assertive but most of all friendly. He has their safety at the heart of everything, reminding us parents not to cross in front/behind of the bus. And, just this morning, Mark was great at diffusing recent pushing incidents when he took control over the boarding of the bus, asking the little ones to board first followed by the older. It worked beautifully and spared any quibbling amongst parents. They’re a credit to TJ’s and I very much hope they know how appreciative I am as a parent.
