I would just like to say a massive thank you for providing us with this service. I work at pinderfields ,but I board at Pontefract for the 6.00am shuttle. The drivers are an absolute delight. We used to have Chris, she was amazing and cheerful every single day. But has gone on to work the coaches. We now have Emma who is a breath of fresh air and always chats with us before setting off. She's a very considerate and lovely person. Lee who sometimes takes us back to Pontefract on the 1.45 shuttle is also an amazing person, always smiling and chats along with us before setting off. In fact every single driver you provide for us are brilliant.so thank you. Please pass these compliments on to your driver's. Hopefully you will be our ride for many years to come . Marek is a safe, conscientious driver who you can see takes great pride in his job and the associated responsibility. His co-driver Mark is a superstar with the children, building a great rapport with them and as such earning their respect. He is professional, assertive but most of all friendly. He has their safety at the heart of everything, reminding us parents not to cross in front/behind of the bus. And, just this morning, Mark was great at diffusing recent pushing incidents when he took control over the boarding of the bus, asking the little ones to board first followed by the older. It worked beautifully and spared any quibbling amongst parents. They’re a credit to TJ’s and I very much hope they know how appreciative I am as a parent.

I have to say Nicola is by far the best driver we could have had, she was amazing with everyone on the coach journey as well as throughout the weekend, keeping us all informed of everything and making sure we were all ok and happy, all the kids absolutely loved her she was brilliant with them, my granddaughter has not stopped talking about her since we got home . Please pass on my sincere Thanks to Nicola for making our trip extra special and also to the management, she is an absolute asset to the company , I only wish she could take us on all our future trips we will be booking, I am a grandma travelling alone with my granddaughter so it means a lot to have that care shown to us , it was very much appreciated . Cadbury World & Safari Trip
The access into the parking area was so tight as to be almost impossible for the driver to get to the hotel. It took her 20 minutes to negotiate the turn which was far to tight and restricted by parked cars (legally outside their homes) and posts and barriers. This is a known problem and Holiday Inn does not appear to address the issue. Your driver did EXCEPTIONALLY well to get into the car park last night and had serious trouble this morning getting away from the hotel. Jane is an excellent driver and managed a tense situation extremely well without getting flustered.

Hi, we have just returned from Wales, I just want to say our trip was made so much more enjoyable because of our wonderful driver Mark. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he really did look after the wellbeing of the passengers. My husband was not well on one of the trips and Mark looked after him on the coach so that I could go on the steam train. He is funny,caring and an asset to your company.

A big thank you to you and the driver who took our year 1s to Filey on Friday. They had a fantastic time, not least because of your driver who kept them entertained on the journey and was not phased by the endless toilet stops. These trips can, as you can imagine, be quite stressful for staff, but thanks to your driver, they did not have to worry about the journey there and back. Please pass on our gratitude to the driver.
